What is

Soft Landings?

A gentle space for the earliest days of grief

In the days and weeks following a loss, everything can feel unfamiliar.

There may be shock.

There may be numbness.

There may be moments that feel like too much — and others that feel like nothing at all.

Soft Landings was created for this space. We will meet you at the very beginning — before you have words, before you have strength, before you know what comes next.

This 90-minute, practitioner-led experience offers a quiet, supportive environment where you are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Together, we offer:

  • Simple grounding and breathing practices
  • Light, optional movement to reconnect with your body
  • Reassurance around common early grief experiences
  • Practical guidance for the days and weeks following a loss

There is no expectation to share. There is no pressure to participate in any one way.

This is a place you can come when you don’t know what to do.

Each session gently adapts to those in the room, offering simple take-home supports you can return to when things feel overwhelming.

You don’t have to talk.

You don’t have to share.

You can simply come and sit.
