When you're ready for more:
As you move through your grief, you may also find support in our other grief support events - Soft Landings is simply the beginning.
Disclaimer: Soft Landings is a supportive, educational experience designed for the early days of grief. It is not therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention. While the session is facilitated by experienced professionals, it does not replace individualized mental health care. If you are in distress or feel you may need additional support, we gently encourage you to get further help, by connecting with a qualified counsellor, healthcare provider, or crisis support service.
