About Park Memorial and Our Work Philosophy
Park Memorial Funeral Home is a family owned and operated full-service funeral home with five locations throughout Northern Alberta. We have over 80 years of experience serving families of all faiths and backgrounds, and we have received the Consumer Choice Award for service excellence for 13 years in a row. We understand the importance of thoughtful, personalized funeral arrangements and know there is no greater responsibility than honoring and preserving the story of one’s life.
With over 60 staff members, we consider ourselves to be a family business in more ways than just ownership. We are a family of people from different backgrounds and upbringings. The common thread between us all is the desire to help families during one of the most difficult times in their lives, while maintaining extreme professionalism and demonstrating extraordinary customer service.

We are looking for a casual Funeral Attendant who will be responsible to: assist on daytime and evening services as needed; provide service to families during visitations; help with pallbearing (must have strength and ability to lift); drive families/pallbearers in limousines or the funeral coach; clean funeral vehicles; and look after other duties as required.
You work well in a team environment and will look for areas to shine in while also encouraging others to succeed. You are committed to serving families with compassion and sincerity. You work hard to meet the needs of the families you serve, while contributing positively to your work team and the business.
Providing excellent customer service is a priority to you, and you are mature and professional in appearance and demeanor. You have availability to work throughout the week at different times (daytime and evening, weekdays and weekends). Saturdays are often busy days. The position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and criminal record check.
