Obituary for Siegfried "Fred" Schiweck

It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden loss of our beloved husband and father.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Christine; daughter, Joanne (Greg); brother, Hans and many relatives and friends. He went home to be with God, joining his two beloved sons, Stephen and Randolph.
He was very proud of his long career in the Canadian Military where he served with honors overseas with the United Nations. This followed by a rewarding career with Corrections Canada and the Commissionaires.
A Celebration of Fred’s Life will be held on Tuesday, July 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church of the First Peoples, 10821 – 96 Street, Edmonton, AB. Reverend James L. Holland OMI officiating. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Fred’s memory may be made directly to the Mustard Seed (Edmonton), Box 1842, Station Main, Edmonton, AB T5J 9Z9.
