The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jerry Hartmann can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Rick Eichhorn
Condolence: I worked as a Supervisor in Day Services at WSA from 2007 to 2010. Jerry fell under my umbrella. I remember him and his sense of humour very well. I spent many Friday afternoons having coffee at Tim Horton's with Jerry and his key worker Mo. I know that his spirit will live on in us all. I wish Jerry's family the best. I share your sorrow.

Condolence: I new Jerry since april 02 2006 to 2014 from Winnifred Stewart Association day program, and Residential support from 2014 to 2017.

The first day we met we got instant connection, we always joke and tease each other in a good and funny ways.

I often spoke to Jerry in German language and he spoke to me back in German that was fun time.

I enjoyed supporting Jerry all those years he was very pleasant socialable and friendly man.

Special thanks from his sister Hilda, she was very often by Jerry's side all the way supporting him day by day, she is a great sister with huge heart. We often tease each other in a good and funny ways.

Rest in peace my dear Jerry. God be with you.

Condolence: I knew Jerry ever sine I started working in WSA. Jerry left indelible memories of great warmth and affection for every one he came into contact with. Jerry was a sweet bundle of energy sprinkled with innocent mischief and playfulness. May his soul have eternal rest and the sorrowful family and friends comfort in the promise of our Lord.

Condolence: So sorry for your loss. I had the privilege to know Jerry for the better part of 18 years while working at WSA. He had a fantastic sense of humour. When I first started dating my husband, Jerry made him prove his honour at a Christmas party by pulling up a table for an arm wrestle (with the direction to let him win, but make it look good). He was a sweet man with a kind heart. He will be missed by many.
